Combining different tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, immunity, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. All abilities welcome. Classes can be done seated/standing or a combination of both.

Ages: 50 years and over
Days: Wednesdays
Dates: March 4- June 17 (**March 11, 10am-10:45am).
