Offered in-person and virtually, join us for a gentle yoga practice on or behind a chair.  Anyone can practice chair yoga but it is geared towards those who have some physical limitations or limited range of motion.  It will deepen flexibility and strengthen your muscles.  Students will learn poses, breathing techniques, and short meditations.  This is a compassionate practice without strain.
