Perfect for every body and everybody! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
IMPORTANT:
-Pre-registration at least one week in advance of class start date is recommended; registration may close at any time.
- Any registrations within 48 hours of the program will be subject to a $7 late fee.
-The late fee is non-refundable. If there is a cancellation, the late fee is not applicable for refunds and/or OPR account credits.
-One week prior to the first class, registration will only be available online.
-We will continue to accept day of registrations online only, until noon the day of the program. Registrations will not be accepted after noon (this is subject to change at any time).
