Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, this class is a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training, and ballet. Sequencing patterns and isometric movements target specific muscle groups to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture.
Please note: Pre-registration required; space is limited. Class will be held under MCDOH and OPR Fitness Class guidelines. Masks are required and all participants must respond to health questions prior to entry into class. All participants must supply their own mats.
