This workout will reshape your body targeting common "trouble spots" while shaping and toning each muscle. Using hand weights and your own body weight, we will do a variety of upper and lower body exercises. Each class will end with 10 minutes of stretch and cool down. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Please note: Pre-registration required; space is limited. Class will be held indoors under MCDOH and OPR Fitness Class guidelines. Masks* are required and all participants must respond to health questions prior to entry into class. All participants must supply their own mats and dumbbells.
*bandanas, gaiters, and buffs are not acceptable forms of facial coverings.
