Hands-only CPR is a simplified form of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) that focuses on chest compressions without mouth-to-mouth breaths. It's designed to be easy to remember and perform. This two-hour course will help you gain skills and teach you how to perform CPR as well as use an AED.
