Shoppers Information and Event Features:
> Date: Saturday, November 1st
> Time: 9:00am-1:00pm, please no early shoppers. Open to the community, residents and non-residents are welcome.
> Location: Ogden Community Center Gymnasium
> Cost: Free! Pre-registration is not required for shoppers.
> All ages and families welcome
> Many sellers to choose from
> Toys, household goods, holiday decorations, collectibles, knick-knacks, games and everything in between!
> Parking: Available at the Ogden Community Center (269 Ogden Center Rd, Spencerport, NY 14559) parking lot.
> Event will be held rain, shine or snow.
> A minimum number of sellers are required for this event to run; please check the website prior to the event.
> Bring exact change.
Sellers Information:
> Pre-registration is required for sellers to participate.
> Must register online; an account is required.
> Resident registration will begin on Wednesday, September 24 at 6:00am
> Non-resident registration will begin on Wednesday, October 1 at 6:00am
> Gymnasium Space size: APPROXIMATELY 9 feet x 18 feet (size may vary to accommodate maximum number of spaces)
> The sale will take place in the gymnasium.
> Spaces are limited! Each seller is limited to 1 space. Space requests are not able to be accommodated. Spaces are filled in order of registration, we highly recommend registering early to secure your space!
> No transfers, refunds, or credits will be provided for cancellations after October 17; standard cancellation policies are in effect prior to October 17.
> Each vendor must provide their own tables, chairs and any additional equipment and supplies.
> Electricity/WiFi is not available.
> The building will be open at 7:00am for you to unload your items and set up. All items must be removed from premises by 2:00pm. Vendors must be able to safely carry own items in/out of gymnasium. Further instructions will be provided within detailed vendor email.
> Sellers may only sell regular everyday items that one would typically find at a garage sale. NO commercial, food, or beverage sales.
> If registered, an OPR team member will reach out via your OPR account email address the week of the event with detailed vendor information.
