Barre-lates is a hybrid workout that combines the principles of barre (ballet conditioning) and Pilates. It is a low-impact exercise that uses a combination of ballet-inspired and Pilates movements to build strength, particularly in the legs and core, and improve posture. Many routines involve standing exercises that use a chair for balance.
Note: Please bring an exercise mat and a water bottle to each class. Wear sneakers, barre socks or bare feet.
