The basics of Barre combined with Pilates brings together two great workouts to maximize the core, and work the upper and lower body. A low impact style workout that incorporates weights and other equipment to build muscle while increasing balance and stability. 

Note: Please bring an exercise mat and a water bottle to each class. Wear sneakers, barre socks or bare feet.
