Only include persons who reside at your address in your household. The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This information will also be automatically placed into your registration forms. Please confirm residency status prior to paying for programs or requesting a lodge. Contact us if there is an error with your residency status. Residency is based off of your residential address.
