Youth Summer Camp: Week #1 - Grades 4-6: SUMMER CAMP- Week #1
Welcome to Week #1 of OPR Youth Summer Camp! There will be no camp on Friday, July 4. Each week of camp will have a designated theme. Themes will be released closer to the start of camp. Details regarding your week at camp will be sent via email the Friday prior.The following is included with your fee is:1. an official OPR Youth Summer Camp T-shirt2. an ice cream treat from one of our local businesses3. field trip or guest visitor Registration opens up for Residents on May 6th at 6:00am, Non-Residents May 6th at 12:00pm. Immunization records are REQUIRED to complete registration. Records must be uploaded to your child's account. YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE GRADE YOU ARE ENTERING IN FALL, 2025.*If you are creating a new account, please enter the current grade your child is in. On June 1, grades will automatically move up one grade. If there are changes to be made after this point, please contact us. Errors may result in removal from the program.*Please note: Please read through the Youth Summer/Nature Camp Information Guide for all policies and procedures. Programs subject to cancellation if minimums are not met. Grades may be organized differently based on enrollment.HOW TO UPLOAD IMMUNIZATION RECORDS: 1. Sign into your account at ogdenparksandrec.com 2. Click on camper name under account members 3. Scroll down and click on “add new member document” 4. Choose “current immunization record” 5. Upload your file and click “submit” 6. All immunization records are reviewed. Any incorrect documents may result in removal from our program.
