Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A "Matter of Balance" is an award winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

Classes are 1x/week for 8 weeks, 2 hours each

Days: Wednesdays
Dates: February 5- March 26
Time: 9:45 - 11:45am
Location: Ogden Senior Center
Cost:  $25 R/$30 NR
Note: Pre- registration prior to February 5 is required.
