Inclement Weather Policy


Before/After School Winter Weather Guidelines:
In the event,
Spencerport Elementary Schools are closed, the Before- and After-School Program will be closed.
Spencerport Elementary Schools are delayed, the Before-School Program will be closed; the After-School Program will continue as scheduled.
Spencerport Elementary Schools have an early dismissal, the After-School Program will be closed.
Spencerport Schools after school activities are cancelled, the After-School Program will continue as scheduled (*unless otherwise announced).

Preschool Winter Weather Guidelines:
In the event,
Spencerport Elementary Schools are closed, the AM and PM Preschool program will be closed.
Spencerport Elementary Schools are delayed, the AM and PM Preschool program will be closed.
Spencerport Elementary Schools have an early dismissal, the PM Preschool program will be closed (*Exception- PM Preschool classes that are already in progress will finish out their class).

Seasonal Program Winter Weather Guidelines:
In the event of inclement weather, check our website and social media pages for closing information. We will do our best to contact all pre-registered participants via email and/or phone. Please make sure your contact information is complete and accurate when registering for a program.
