Fall Townwide Garage Sale

Townwide Garage Sale- Saturday, November 4

Shoppers Information and Event Features:
> Date: Saturday, November 4th
> Time: 9:00am-1:00pm, please no early shoppers. Open to the community, residents and non-residents are welcome
> Location: Ogden Community Center Gymnasium
> Cost: FREE! Pre-registration is not required for shoppers.
> All ages and families welcome
> Many sellers to choose from
> Toys, household goods, holiday decorations, collectibles, knick-knacks, games and everything in between!
> Parking: Available at the Ogden Community Center (269 Ogden Center Rd, Spencerport, NY 14559) parking lot.
> Event will be held rain, shine or snow.
> A minimum number of sellers are required for this event to run; please check the website prior to the event.
> Bring exact change.

Sellers Information:
> Pre-registration is required for sellers to participate at
 https://bit.ly/OPR-TownwideGarageSale23 
> Must register online; an account is required.
> Resident registration will begin on Tuesday, October 3 at 6:00am
> Non-resident registration will begin on Friday, October 6 at 6:00am

Cost options for sellers:
> Gymnasium Full Space: $30 R/ $40 NR per gymnasium space. Space size: approximately 9 feet x 18 feet.
> The sale will only take place in the gymnasium this year. 
> Spaces are limited! Each seller is limited to 1 space. Space requests are not able to be accommodated. Spaces are filled in order of registration, we highly recommend registering early to secure your space!
> Thinking you may need more space, or perhaps just need a small table space?  If extra spaces are available the week of October 23, we will assign these on a first come-first served basis.  Please register for the "Additional Space/Table Space- Wait List".
> Each vendor must provide their own tables, chairs and any additional equipment and supplies.
> Electricity is not available.
> The building will be open at 7:00am for you to unload your items and set up. All items must be removed from premises by 2:00pm.
> Sellers must only sell regular everyday items that one would typically find at a garage sale. No commercial food or beverage sales.
